Path Robotics is building embodied AI systems that enable robots to adapt, learn, and perform in real-world environments. As Global Supply Manager, you will own end-to-end supplier management and component strategy for the company's hardware and robotics products. Your core responsibilities include: sourcing new suppliers, materials, and services aligned with specifications, cost, quality, and supply targets; conducting RFQs, should-cost modeling, and supplier negotiations; reviewing supplier proposals on manufacturing processes, testing, and quality verification to ensure production excellence; driving internal validation programs from RFQ through mass production; ensuring supplier capacity and supply meet forecasts through ongoing reviews of production, quality, and shipping status; managing POs, invoicing, and supplier onboarding; negotiating contracts (MSAs, SOWs) and supporting tariff, regulatory, and certification compliance; and leading cross-functional alignment on component strategy including cost reduction, multi-sourcing, vertical integration, and technology roadmaps. You bring 5+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience in hardware or manufacturing environments. You have hands-on experience sourcing electromechanical and industrial components through prototype and mass production phases. You understand manufacturing processes and design-for-manufacturability (DFM) principles, can run RFQs and build should-cost models, and have proven ability to drive cost reductions through negotiation. You've managed supplier capacity, quality, and ramp during new product introduction and production scaling. You have working knowledge of global supply chains, incoterms, tariffs, and logistics. You excel at cross-functional collaboration and program management, are highly organized and data-driven, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You're proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
