Arc is electrifying the marine industry by rethinking powertrains, software, and vessel designs from first principles. The company has proven core technology, is scaling production of its flagship consumer model, and is now extending its platform to commercial applications including tugs, ferries, and defense systems with signed contracts and a strong pipeline. As Global Supply Manager, you will develop and execute global supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, and inventory management. You'll manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met. Key responsibilities include managing purchase orders, inventory replenishment, and delivery schedules; leading risk management efforts to mitigate geopolitical, tariff, capacity, and single-source supplier risks; and partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure supply chain readiness for new programs and product launches. You will monitor and improve key performance indicators including on-time delivery, lead times, inventory turns, total landed cost, and supplier quality. You'll build and manage supply chain budgets, forecasts, and reporting for executive leadership. The role requires up to 25% travel. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; 7+ years of experience in global supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing; and experience in a manufacturing environment. You should have a strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends, plus excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Bonus qualifications include strategic thinking with analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management, ability to read engineering drawings, and enthusiasm for boating and clean energy. This is a full-time, on-site role at Arc's Los Angeles headquarters.
