Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI and autonomy, is seeking a Security Training and Education Manager to lead the design and delivery of comprehensive security education and crisis preparedness programs. In this pivotal role, you will own the enterprise security education curriculum, creating engaging training content and e-learning modules covering crisis management, physical security, travel safety, and corporate security topics for all employees. You will design and facilitate a multi-tiered crisis exercise program, including small-scale drills and large-scale immersive tabletop exercises for Emergency Response Teams, the Crisis Management Team, and Senior Leadership. Key responsibilities include managing the full security training lifecycle from needs analysis through curriculum development, delivery, and evaluation. You will develop a strategic roadmap addressing key risks and ensuring alignment with the Security Operations framework and enterprise objectives. Cross-functional collaboration with Facilities, EHS, Legal, HR, and other departments is essential to ensure training content and exercise scenarios are relevant, realistic, and integrated with organizational plans. You will champion continuous improvement by analyzing training effectiveness, authoring After Action Reports, and translating lessons learned into actionable updates for plans and procedures. As a subject matter expert, you will advise on security education, training methodologies, and exercise best practices, and provide expertise during real-world incident responses. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Corporate Training, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, or related field (or equivalent experience), plus 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate training, emergency preparedness, and crisis management. You must have a proven track record developing enterprise-wide educational content and demonstrated hands-on experience designing and facilitating tabletop exercises for diverse audiences including executive leadership. Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills are essential, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
