Delinea is seeking a Global PMO Manager to lead and expand its Project Management Office function supporting professional services delivery across multiple sales regions. This is a hands-on management role reporting to the VP of Professional Services, responsible for building a world-class PMO center of excellence.
You will recruit, hire, and mentor a team of 10-20 PMO resources including project managers and project coordinators. Your core responsibilities include overseeing the successful execution of professional services projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets. You'll develop and implement PMO processes and tools leveraging PMI standards, monitor portfolio health through dashboards and reporting, and identify early warning signs of project risk.
Key activities include mentoring PMO team members on program planning, risk mitigation, communication strategies, and financial controls. You'll actively participate in customer escalations and serve as the escalation point for project and client-raised issues. For strategic engagements, you'll represent the PMO and professional services value in pre-sales QBRs and client meetings. You'll conduct quality assurance reviews on strategic or troubled projects, champion process improvements, and support proper resource allocation across the project portfolio.
You bring solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. You have excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation abilities across all organizational levels including executive leadership. You have demonstrated experience leading a PMO function for large programs, proven success leading project teams, and the ability to apply project management knowledge to guide PMO and project teams. You're skilled at assimilating and analyzing information efficiently and can work in a fast-paced, global environment.
