Salary: EUR 100,000 - 180,000 / annual
Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation and industry-cloud pioneer in life sciences, seeks a Global Program Manager to lead customer success and program delivery for its Commercial Cloud CRM platform. You will serve as the primary customer-facing executive managing all customer-facing teams and coordinating closely with sales, product, and support to optimize Veeva's offerings for one of the company's largest pharmaceutical customers.
Key responsibilities include owning service delivery accountability for Veeva's Commercial product line; partnering deeply with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmaps; establishing post-deployment application management; supporting implementation proposals and services contract negotiation; coordinating Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption; and liaising between Product Management and Product Support teams.
You will work across customer sites, home office, and offsite meetings, with travel up to 50% of the time. This role requires deep expertise in large-scale technology implementations for enterprise pharma, with the ability to influence at the executive level, manage ambiguity, establish effective processes, and galvanize diverse global teams.
Required qualifications: 7+ years in large-scale program management within pharmaceutical commercial functions (Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing); consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients; proven track record leading diverse global teams through complex technology implementations; experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharma; strong executive communication and negotiation skills; and ability to work effectively with third parties and influence without direct authority.
