Cloudflare is seeking a Global Physical Security Intelligence Specialist to own physical security technologies across its global office and data center footprint. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Physical Security, you will develop and implement next-generation physical security solutions at scale, unifying physical and digital access controls across Cloudflare's global network.
Key responsibilities include:
Physical Security Systems: Lead the development and deployment of innovative physical security technology and operations across the global data center network. This role involves frequent travel to various locations, building vendor relationships, and working in an agile environment. You will assist in managing investigations with the People Team, coordinate with the Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) on physical security incidents, deploy and remediate access control and CCTV equipment, and provide facility and personnel safety guidance.
Audit and Compliance: Establish, implement, and automate physical security standards, policies, and processes globally. Support operational metrics, project tracking, and status reporting. Partner with infrastructure teams to enhance standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with physical security standards. Collaborate with the security compliance and risk management team on controls related to FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance, and support internal and external audits.
Desirable qualifications include experience managing local physical security programs and event security; solid understanding of integrating and deploying access control and CCTV systems at scale; ability to coordinate with law enforcement and government agencies; understanding of networking security as it relates to physical security technology; experience with Verkada Command platform; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; demonstrated success influencing stakeholders across functions; and experience communicating physical security risk to executive leadership.
