You will join as Global Payroll Specialist, working closely with the Global Payroll Manager to build and scale payroll operations as Legora expands internationally. This role focuses on coordination, quality assurance, and process improvement rather than day-to-day payroll processing.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate monthly payroll cycles across multiple countries
- Serve as primary contact for external payroll providers
- Perform validations, reconciliations, and quality checks before payroll finalization
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal processes
- Support audits through clear documentation and record-keeping
- Build and improve payroll processes as the company enters new markets
- Create scalable workflows and documentation
- Work with payroll data from HiBob to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors
- Provide backup support to the Global Payroll Manager

Requirements:
- 5+ years of payroll experience
- Strong understanding of payroll controls and processes
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working with HRIS and payroll systems
