Rippling is seeking a hands-on people leader to own and scale India Payroll Operations. You will manage an established team of specialists and drive execution, quality, and continuous improvement across a complex and growing market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a high-performing payroll operations team
- Own day-to-day execution, escalation management, and quality assurance
- Manage vendor performance and process improvement initiatives
- Drive team development, hiring, and onboarding
- Establish operating rhythm and structure for the function
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Support, Compliance, Product, Customer Success) and external vendors
- Manage senior stakeholder communication and client relationships
- Raise execution standards as the team scales
You bring strong people leadership capabilities, operational rigor, polished senior-stakeholder communication skills, and practical India payroll experience. You are comfortable working across functions, resolving complex issues, and delivering excellent customer outcomes in a dynamic environment.
