This Global Payroll Operations Supervisor role is a critical leadership position for Rippling's APAC expansion. You will lead the operational payroll function across the APAC region, owning all execution of timely, compliant payroll processing. Your responsibilities include:
- Scaling and managing the APAC payroll operations team
- Executing compliant payroll operations across multiple APAC countries
- Collaborating with internal R&D, treasury, and payments teams to ensure seamless product integration
- Managing relationships with external payroll partners and service providers
- Driving expansion into new customer segments and geographies within APAC
- Bringing country-specific payroll expertise to inform the development of Rippling's natively built payroll software
- Ensuring smooth customer experience and internal team alignment through cross-departmental engagement
This role requires deep understanding of payroll operations, regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and the ability to bridge product development with operational execution. You will have significant impact on product strategy, customer success, and team growth as Rippling scales its global payroll capabilities.
