Rippling is seeking a Global Payroll Enablement Associate to join its Global Payroll Operations Enablement team in Toronto. This role supports the scaling payroll operations function by maintaining enablement systems, documentation, training content, and operational processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting recurring reporting and operational cadences for the payroll team
- Maintaining SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation and knowledge management systems
- Creating and updating training content for internal teams
- Managing internal communications and project follow-through
- Providing onboarding support for new team members
- Partnering with the Global Payroll Operations Enablement Lead to maintain team operating rhythm
- Translating process changes, metrics, and updates into clear, actionable enablement materials
- Ensuring consistency and follow-through on recurring operational work
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating structure and building content. You will work to improve how teams learn, operate, and stay aligned as Global Payroll Operations scales. This is a high-impact role focused on operational excellence and team enablement.
