The Global Operations Program Manager will drive execution of strategic supply chain initiatives and operational projects supporting Verkada's rapid global expansion. This role manages multiple concurrent programs across international expansion, process improvement, and new market launches while coordinating cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include: managing high-impact initiatives such as distribution hub setups, reverse logistics buildouts, and software integrations; driving logistics readiness through site visits, pilot shipments, and 3PL/broker partner onboarding; partnering with legal, finance, and regulatory teams to secure certifications and import/export compliance approvals; identifying operational bottlenecks through data analysis and implementing system integrations (SFDC, CampusShip); establishing vendor relationships through standardized onboarding and playbooks; owning comprehensive process documentation and SOPs; and tracking project KPIs, performance, and budgets with proactive risk management.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or international operations; Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; deep familiarity with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid); proven ability to manage multiple complex cross-functional projects simultaneously; strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated analytical and data management abilities; and familiarity with customs clearance and international trade compliance processes.
