As a Global Operations Associate based in Paris, you will be a critical operational hub ensuring seamless execution of air freight and logistics shipments across your region. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams (account management, customs) and external partners (carriers, terminals, trucking providers, steamship lines) to coordinate the end-to-end movement of freight shipments, both imports and exports.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all customer shipments execute on time and within budget, meeting internal KPIs and SLAs
- Managing day-to-day coordination with logistics partners including air carriers, customs brokers, warehousing, and drayage vendors
- Solving client issues quickly and escalating appropriately to maintain operational quality
- Identifying and driving operational efficiencies and cost savings across your regional network
- Following standard operating procedures while maintaining compliance in this heavily regulated industry
- Supporting partner autonomy initiatives as the organization scales
