Anthropic is seeking a Global Mobility Coordinator to manage the operational backbone of the company's international workforce movement. This role owns business travel compliance end-to-end, including business visas, posted worker documentation, social security obligations, and entity transfers as the company scales globally.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own business travel compliance cases from initiation through resolution. You'll handle visa applications, PWD filings, and social security registrations, researching novel fact patterns and forming recommendations with manager oversight before commitment.
• Support employees through relocations and international assignments. You serve as the primary point of contact from offer acceptance through arrival, coordinating with external providers, tracking progress, and answering employee questions throughout the transition.
• Execute entity transfers seamlessly. You manage the complete process, ensuring employees always know their status and that payroll, people services, and legal teams have necessary information proactively.
• Be the first-line resource for global mobility questions. You answer routine inquiries, escalate complex issues, and convert frequently asked questions into documentation to improve self-service.
• Manage vendor relationships. You understand provider processes well enough to distinguish between capability gaps and execution delays, maintaining productive partnerships.
• Lead project work as programs mature. You identify patterns from exceptions you handle, leading initiatives like policy rewrites, new provider implementations, or expansion into new countries.
Minimum qualifications: Prior global mobility experience with demonstrated case ownership (business visas, relocation, or mobility tax); relentless responsiveness to employees and colleagues; ability to explain complex processes clearly and simply; and a track record of identifying repeatable solutions within manual processes.
Preferred: Experience with entity transfers, business travel compliance including PWD filings, social security notifications, Workday/Greenhouse/Jira familiarity, hands-on LLM usage, or startup experience in high-growth environments.
