As Global Expansion Producer, you will lead the production rollout of Strategic Scalable Initiatives (SSI) across international markets. This is a global role—not regional—where you'll partner with IP owners, business teams, project managers, and local producers to transform successful productions into scalable, expansion-ready experiences.
You will own the global production framework for one or more SSI experiences, accountable for defining expansion strategies, maintaining quality standards across regions, building scalable tools and documentation, driving efficiency through standardization and cost optimization, and supporting regional teams in successful launches while preserving IP integrity.
Key responsibilities include leading the production workstream for global expansion with on-time delivery and quality standards, assessing production feasibility for regions and venues, developing standardized production playbooks and documentation, collaborating with local producers to implement frameworks, monitoring KPIs and production metrics, identifying and mitigating risks, and continuously improving processes. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving, influence teams across multiple regions, and drive operational excellence at scale.
This role combines production expertise with operational excellence, requiring experience in live events, entertainment production, or similar complex, multi-market operations. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, able to work cross-functionally, and passionate about scaling experiences globally.
