Pigment is hiring a Global Employee Onboarding Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of POP (Pigment Onboarding Program), the company's flagship new-hire onboarding experience. This role sits at the intersection of program operations and culture-building, serving as the driving force behind executing a world-class onboarding standard across Pigment's global organization. You will own the complete run-of-show for every cohort, managing scheduling, facilitator coordination, logistics, and post-session measurement. Key responsibilities include: • End-to-end delivery of POP for every cohort: scheduling, facilitator coordination, run-of-show management, logistics, and post-session measurement • Managing EMEA and NAMER cohorts running in parallel, coordinating shared global anchor sessions (Founder Q&A, Closing Circle) while respecting regional constraints • Coordinating in-person exceptions for R&D/Product new hires and Paris-local attendees, with stakeholder alignment to R&D leadership • Managing the facilitator roster and vendor relationships (regional benefits facilitators, LetterAI, swag/Sendoso vendors) • Maintaining and evolving the multi-day curriculum across in-person, hybrid, virtual, and asynchronous formats, supporting facilitator guides and content pillars • Owning measurement: satisfaction and engagement tracking, social media growth, and capstone AI competency assessments; turning results into continuous improvement loops • Orchestrating monthly local hub socials (Austin, NYC, Toronto, San Francisco, London) extending onboarding for remote hires • Building clean, durable operating documentation to ensure POP runs consistently without depending on any one person's institutional knowledge • Partnering with People team, GTM leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Legal, Product Marketing, Finance, Professional Services) to keep content current and aligned to business priorities You'll report to GTM Enablement leadership and work closely with the People team, regional facilitators, R&D/Product stakeholders in Paris, vendors, and HRBPs. Success in the first 6–12 months means taking confident ownership of POP operations, running EMEA and NAMER cohorts smoothly cohort after cohort, closing inherited open items, showing measurable improvement in satisfaction and engagement metrics, and strengthening the post-onboarding handoff to managers. Pigment is an AI-powered business planning and performance management platform founded in 2019, now one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies globally with 600+ employees across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco, and Austin. The company has raised nearly $400M from top-tier investors and was named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Financial Planning Software. Industry leaders like Unilever, Snowflake, Siemens, and DPD use Pigment daily. REQUIREMENTS: • 7–10 years in Enablement, People/L&D, program management, or an adjacent operational role, with a track record of owning a recurring program end-to-end • Strong program operator who thrives on detail: tracking scheduling dependencies, facilitator counts, and time-zone constraints proactively • Comfortable running two parallel workstreams (EMEA/NAMER) simultaneously while incorporating regional nuance into each geo-specific delivery • Clear, concise verbal and written communicator across audiences (executive updates, facilitator coordination, participant-facing communications) • Data-informed: comfortable turning feedback and assessment data into concrete program changes • Experienced with (or quick to learn) tools such as Google Docs/Drive, Excel, LMSs, HRIS (e.g., HiBob), and feedback platforms (e.g., Padlet) • Genuinely energized by new hire experience and culture-building, not just logistics NICE TO HAVE: • Experience running onboarding, enablement, or training programs across multiple regions/time zones • Familiarity with vendor management for swag/gifting platforms (e.g., Sendoso) • Background in GTM Enablement, L&D, or People Operations at a high-growth SaaS company • Proven track record of optimizing efficiencies with AI tools
