Pigment is an AI-powered business planning and performance management platform used by industry leaders like Unilever, Snowflake, and Siemens. With 600+ employees across six global offices and nearly $400M in funding, Pigment was named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Financial Planning Software.
You will serve as the driving force behind executing Pigment's industry-leading new hire onboarding program (POP—Pigment Onboarding Program). This role sits at the intersection of program operations and culture-building, requiring you to manage a complex, multi-region program while maintaining exceptional participant experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end delivery of POP for every cohort: scheduling, facilitator coordination, run-of-show management, logistics, and post-session measurement
- Manage EMEA and NAMER cohorts running in parallel, coordinating shared global sessions (Founder Q&A, Closing Circle) while respecting regional constraints
- Coordinate in-person exceptions for R&D/Product new hires and Paris-local attendees, including stakeholder alignment with R&D leadership
- Manage the facilitator roster and vendor relationships (regional benefits facilitators, LetterAI, swag/Sendoso vendors)
- Maintain and evolve the multi-day curriculum across in-person, hybrid, virtual, and asynchronous formats, supporting facilitator guides and content pillars
- Own measurement and continuous improvement: track satisfaction, engagement, social amplification, and capstone AI competency assessments; translate results into program enhancements
- Orchestrate monthly local hub socials (Austin, NYC, Toronto, San Francisco, London) extending onboarding for remote hires
- Build durable operating documentation ensuring POP runs consistently without depending on any single person's knowledge
- Partner with People team, GTM leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Legal, Product Marketing, Finance, Professional Services) to keep content current and aligned to business priorities
You'll report to GTM Enablement leadership and collaborate closely with the People team, regional facilitators, R&D/Product stakeholders in Paris, vendors, and HRBPs.
Success in your first 6–12 months means: taking confident ownership of POP operations with no quality drop; running EMEA and NAMER cohorts smoothly with tightening timing; closing inherited open items and establishing durable documentation; showing measurable improvement in satisfaction, engagement, and AI competency results; and strengthening post-onboarding handoff to managers.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years in Enablement, People/L&D, program management, or adjacent operational roles, with a track record of owning recurring programs end-to-end
- Strong program operator with meticulous attention to detail: proactive tracking of scheduling dependencies, facilitator counts, and time-zone constraints
- Comfortable running two parallel workstreams (EMEA/NAMER) simultaneously while incorporating regional nuance into geo-specific delivery
- Clear, concise verbal and written communicator across audiences (executive updates, facilitator coordination, participant-facing communications)
- Data-informed: able to turn feedback and assessment data into concrete program changes
- Experienced with (or quick to learn) Google Docs/Drive, Excel, LMSs, HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob), and feedback platforms (e.g., Padlet)
- Genuinely energized by new hire experience and culture-building, not just logistics
Nice to have:
- Experience running onboarding, enablement, or training programs across multiple regions/time zones
- Familiarity with vendor management for swag/gifting platforms (e.g., Sendoso)
- Background in GTM Enablement, L&D, or People Operations at a high-growth SaaS company
- Proven track record of optimizing efficiencies with AI tools
