As Global Controller, you will serve as the financial compass guiding Saviynt's rapid growth. You will own the integrity of financial reporting, ensuring clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making and compliance as the company scales. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage global accounting operations and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices - Direct an international team of approximately 15 finance professionals, primarily based in India, managing complex multi-entity statutory requirements across 14 global subsidiaries - Drive improvements in financial processes, leveraging software and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and insight - Ensure all financial transactions and reporting meet rigorous government regulations and compliance standards, including board, bank, and investor reporting requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support operational objectives - Lead and mentor accounting professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy, continuous improvement, and professional development - Implement and refine accounting policies and procedures to support company growth and operational scalability Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience - Active CPA or CMA certification required - Big 4 public accounting experience required - Proven experience in a senior accounting leadership role within a growing technology or SaaS company - Deep understanding of US GAAP - Proficiency in ERP systems, NetSuite preferred - Strong background managing day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, travel & expense, leases, commissions, corporate card, expense policy management, month-end close, and general ledger management - Proven track record in multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction financial consolidations and local statutory reporting for global subsidiaries with strong grasp of regulatory compliance requirements - Familiarity with modern accounting technologies and workflow automation (e.g., FloQast, Concur, Tipalti) - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex financial data - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and discrepancies - Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership - Proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities Preferred: US East Coast or Central time zone for optimal daily collaboration with India-based team.
