Spring Health is seeking a Global Care Navigator to support members through their mental health care journey. This role is fully remote, based in the Netherlands timezone (Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm CEST), and requires fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken), with additional languages like Portuguese or Spanish as a plus. You will be the frontline support for members, managing care coordination across phone, chat, and email channels. Key responsibilities include: conducting clinical needs assessments and developing personalized care plans; triaging and managing crisis situations including suicide risk assessment and safety planning; assisting with platform onboarding and technical troubleshooting; scheduling appointments and explaining available services; providing psycho-education and motivational support for mental health and substance use concerns; documenting all interactions in Spring Health's systems; researching crisis resources for members in different countries; and coordinating with internal teams to resolve barriers to care. You will report to the Manager of the Global Team in Clinical Operations and participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and training. The role requires strong clinical judgment, active listening, empathy, and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Required qualifications: Master's degree in a behavioral health field (counseling, social work, psychotherapy, or psychology); current licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist in your country of residence; minimum 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post-licensure; fluency in English and Dutch (written and verbal); comfort with multiple computer platforms and learning new systems; and ability to deliver high-touch, customer-focused care. Performance will be measured on connection-to-care metrics, productivity, and member satisfaction.
