Iterative Health is a healthcare technology and services company accelerating clinical research through a network of 100+ sites across the US, Europe, India, and Australia. The company combines clinical trial expertise with AI to connect pharmaceutical sponsors with high-performing research teams, expediting access to novel therapeutics.
You will lead the launch and scaling of Iterative Health's Asia-Pacific operations as General Manager, with full P&L ownership of the region. This is a founding executive role with a mandate to build the region from the ground up, establishing Singapore as the regional hub while supporting and growing early footprint in India and Australia. You will design a hub-and-spoke model to support patient recruitment and clinical trial execution across neighboring countries including Indonesia and Malaysia.
Your responsibilities include:
**Regional Launch & P&L Ownership**
- Own full P&L accountability for APAC region including revenue growth, operating performance, and resource allocation
- Oversee buildout of Singapore clinical trial infrastructure in partnership with local hospital systems
- Design and execute regional hub-and-spoke model strategy, logistics, and rollout timing
- Tailor operating model for each country market
- Build regional operating cadence aligned with company-wide model
- Balance near-term execution with investments in scalable, durable regional business
**Establishing Market Power**
- Build deep relationships with Principal Investigators to drive engagement and adoption of embedded clinical research
- Establish relationships with global and local sponsor partners to drive buy-in and shape operating rhythms
- Build repeatable playbook for market entry and expansion
- Identify capability gaps and direct org structure, systems, and processes to close them
**Stakeholder & Sponsor Leadership**
- Serve as senior point of contact and escalation for sponsors across APAC
- Represent APAC to Global COO and executive leadership on performance and investment decisions
- Align with Life Sciences and global leadership on sponsor priorities
- Represent region externally as credible senior voice
You will have direct line to Global COO, real authority to design the organization, and operate with significant autonomy. You'll operate at whatever altitude each market requires—setting direction and resourcing where country leads exist, and building site networks and sponsor relationships directly where needed.
**Requirements**
- Prior experience as GM, Country Manager, or equivalent P&L owner in at least one market
- Background in healthcare, clinical research, CRO, or life sciences
- Direct experience building a market or business from scratch
- Experience hiring and developing other GMs or senior operators
- Comfortable with full P&L accountability while building team and infrastructure from ground up
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to represent region credibly to executive leadership and external partners
- Willingness to travel regularly across APAC markets (25%+)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with clinical trial operations, site management, and sponsor-side dynamics in at least one APAC market
- Experience leading or supporting M&A
- Time in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
