Instructure is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-lifecycle recruiting efforts for US-based openings across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Engineering, and G&A teams. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines, with working hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Philippines time to align with US Eastern and Pacific business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer and close
- Track candidates and hiring activity in Ashby applicant tracking system
- Partner with hiring managers at all levels to define hiring needs, job duties, qualifications, and required skills
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies with emphasis on passive candidate recruitment
- Screen and interview candidates, referring top performers to hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers on offer strategy, compensation recommendations, and candidate closing
- Leverage AI tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach
- Manage multiple concurrent searches independently while maintaining flexibility as priorities shift
- Take initiative on unassigned work and contribute to team success

Requirements:
- Minimum four years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience with an ATS, ideally Ashby
- Proven track record recruiting for US roles, ideally while working from APAC or EMEA time zones
- Comfort working US business hours and partnering directly with US hiring managers
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates using creative strategies, tools, and channels
- Proficiency with AI tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches independently
- Self-motivated, proactive approach to identifying and owning work
