BytePlus, ByteDance's enterprise solutions division, is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help enterprise customers build innovative business solutions. You will leverage ByteDance's cutting-edge technologies to develop game-changing products that help businesses unleash their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the BytePlus website, PRM (Partner Relationship Management), AI applications, and growth platform
- Undertake key technical issues and contribute to system stability
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of platform business models and drive technology-forward solutions
- Participate in technical design and promote implementation across the organization
- Optimize system performance and promptly resolve production emergencies
- Ensure service stability and improve overall user experience

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of software development work experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Golang, C++, JavaScript, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of common network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP)
- Familiarity with middleware technologies (MySQL, Redis, Kafka)
- Understanding of distributed system principles and microservice frameworks
- Strong system architecture capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience from large-scale internet businesses
- AI application development experience
- Strong team player with proactive and self-motivated mindset
