As a Full-Stack Engineer on Team Decide, you will design and build the distributed execution engine that runs customer workflows. You'll own critical systems end-to-end, making architectural decisions that shape the product.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and operate backend services in Python on AWS, including Lambda functions, DynamoDB, Aurora, and event-driven pipelines handling production traffic
- Work on AI initiatives such as MCP servers and agentic co-pilots
- Tackle backend challenges around latency, reliability, and scalability
- Contribute to systems end-to-end: implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Participate in technical and architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs with the team
- Conduct code reviews and improve development tooling and processes
- Collaborate directly with Product and Design teams to shape future features

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience, with delivery of moderately complex projects or features
- Experience with React
- Experience working with Design Systems to ensure consistent UX across product areas
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in hybrid model from Berlin HQ, London office, or Iași hub (no relocation assistance provided)
IDEAL BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Familiarity with system design concepts and architectural trade-offs
- AWS Serverless experience at scale (Lambda, SAM, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, Aurora)
