Pogo is a seed-stage enterprise AI SaaS company seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own meaningful product features end-to-end. In this hands-on role, you will build and ship user-facing features from conception through production, working closely with engineering, product, and design teams to plan, architect, and deliver. You'll design and implement AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web UIs. Additionally, you'll partner with functional leaders across GTM, finance, and customer support to build internal tools that streamline operations and eliminate manual workflows.
The role emphasizes shipping quickly and getting rapid feedback from users. You'll work cross-functionally with product, design, ops, GTM, data, and customer success teams. The company operates with a "Calculated Speed" philosophy, iterating and shipping weekly rather than following lengthy processes. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, moving between frontend and backend as needed, and taking ownership of entire product areas.
Pogo values experimentation and is willing to pivot based on data and user feedback. The culture is flat without structured management layers yet, so you'll need to be self-directed and energized by autonomy. The company expects strong engagement and impact, though it offers unlimited PTO with a minimum 20-day vacation policy and encourages flexible scheduling.
