France is a key expansion market, and this founding role is critical to establishing voize's presence there.
As Founding Onboarding Manager and Customer Success Manager for France, you will own the complete customer journey from initial engagement through long-term adoption and health. Your responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging training sessions (both online and onsite) for caregivers and power users, monitoring customer health through data and usage patterns, conducting proactive outreach to at-risk accounts, and making onsite visits 2–3 times per week to re-engage low-adoption customers. You'll create and continuously optimize training materials tailored to the French market, run virtual office hours and scalable enablement programs, and collaborate closely with Support, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify and solve onboarding friction points.
You bring proven experience training customers or leading rollouts in healthcare, caregiving, or similarly complex operational environments. You're a natural communicator and presenter who can motivate and guide users through change. You're comfortable working with data, dashboards, and adoption signals to understand customer health. You have curiosity about technical workflows (no coding required) and the ability to manage multiple customers while maintaining clarity and structure. You're empathetic, calm under pressure, and fluent in French (C2) with strong English. You're based in France and comfortable working remotely with flexibility to travel to customer sites regularly.
