Liberate builds AI agents that automate manual work across the $2.7 trillion insurance industry, starting with voice and expanding into full workflow automation for sales, servicing, and claims. The company has raised $82M, including a $50M Series B in October 2025, and currently runs millions of automated transactions monthly across enterprise carriers, brokers, and agencies. As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the end-to-end customer relationship for Liberate's largest enterprise accounts, acting as the bridge between customer business needs and technical implementation. You will join during the sales cycle to define desired outcomes and the value Liberate will deliver, then remain engaged through go-live and beyond to drive continuous value delivery and account expansion. Key responsibilities include: defining and owning customer outcomes (not just successful go-live); conducting strategic discovery sessions to map workflows and identify high-value use cases before deployment commitment; serving as the primary relationship bridge between C-suite sponsors, frontline users, and the deployment team; leading change management and adoption to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes; feeding field learnings back to Product and Engineering to strengthen the core platform; and identifying expansion opportunities across lines, functions, and teams. You will collaborate closely with Agent Product Managers (who scope and design workflows) and AI Agent Engineers (who build agents and integrate systems), owning the "why" and "what" while they own the "how." Success means customers reach time-to-value quickly, expand Liberate across their organization, and view it as mission-critical to their operations. Required: 7+ years in customer-facing roles (customer success, solutions, implementation, consulting, or product) with experience owning enterprise relationships and outcomes. Must have high emotional intelligence, strong presence with clients, value-oriented thinking, excellent project management, technical acumen to translate between business and engineering, and stakeholder alignment skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites 25–40% required. Bonus experience includes insurance, fintech, regulated industries, or AI-native/enterprise SaaS deployments.
