Dryft is a small, talent-dense team backed by founders and operators from legendary tech companies, Tier-1 U.S. venture firms, and board members from global industrial companies. The team values humility, hard work, speed, kindness, deep customer care, and a willingness to tackle difficult problems. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of fast-paced experience in a top-tier role (e.g., consulting), as a founder, or as an early employee in a high-growth startup - Technical fluency and AI-native mindset: comfortable with data, APIs, integrations, and experimenting with new AI tools (Claude Code experience is a plus) - Industrial background preferred: experience in manufacturing, industrial software, procurement, supply chain, or related industrial domain - Founder DNA: high agency, drive, serious work ethic, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and proactive priority-setting - Product-minded: ability to listen to customer pain points and translate them into elegant product features - Competitive nature with a track record of winning at difficult challenges - Strong communication skills: ability to manage impatient executives, win over skeptical IT leaders, and build rapport across organizational levels - Down-to-earth and relatable: equally comfortable with shop-floor operators and boardroom executives - Willingness to relocate to Munich and work onsite with 30-50% travel
