As Founding Customer Training Manager for France, you will establish and scale the customer training program for voize's expansion into the French healthcare market. You'll adapt proven training methodologies from the German market to suit French healthcare facilities, regulatory requirements, and cultural context. Key responsibilities: - Lead in-person training sessions for new customer deployments, training groups of 10-15 healthcare providers across French-speaking regions - Design, refine, and localize training materials and playbooks for the French market and individual customers - Travel to customer sites (estimated 2-3 weeks per month) to deliver on-site training and support go-live activities - Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and the German training team to optimize training approach and share best practices - Measure training effectiveness using adoption metrics and customer feedback; continuously iterate and improve - Ensure compliance with French healthcare regulations, GDPR, and documentation standards This is a founding role in a high-growth function with significant opportunity for impact, autonomy, and rapid career progression. You'll work from anywhere in France with flexible hours, supported by the broader voize team based in Berlin. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or customer enablement in B2B environments, ideally healthcare or other technical sectors - Proven track record of building a training program from scratch (not just delivering an existing one) - Demonstrated ability to design and deliver in-person training to non-technical and mixed-ability audiences - Business-fluent French (C2 or bilingual) with understanding of regional and cultural nuance; working English for international collaboration - Ability to work with adoption metrics and feedback to refine approach; experience navigating legacy EHR systems and limited IT infrastructure
