The company has processed $75bn+ in spend, delivered 20% savings to customers, and achieved 13x revenue growth in two years. This is the first Client Operations hire in the APAC region. You will own the critical phase of converting signed contracts into active, engaged users on the Vertice platform. Your responsibilities include: • Design and iterate on client onboarding processes, experimenting with AI tooling to streamline how new clients are welcomed and activated. • Master the collection and structuring of client spend data—uploading contracts, ensuring 99.99% accuracy, and maintaining data quality in partnership with Data and Procurement teams. • Maintain account hygiene by closing out expired contracts and data gaps, ensuring every account reflects live, current information. • Lead the "Success Path" for new customers, managing timelines for technical setup and data migration while coordinating across Account Management, Solutions, Procurement, and Data teams to ensure seamless Go-Live. • Act as the central hub between internal teams and external client stakeholders, unblocking documentation hurdles and keeping onboarding on track. • Lead training sessions for new users across procurement, finance, and IT teams, ensuring platform adoption and driving time-to-value. • Own and report on key performance metrics including stack accuracy, time-to-value, and onboarding completion rates. The role offers a clear career pathway. After 12–24 months, you'll have deep product knowledge, direct client exposure, and operational credibility that opens doors to Account Management, Procurement Services, Solutions, Client Strategy & Operations, or generalist roles across operations, strategy, data, and GTM. REQUIREMENTS: • 1–3 years of experience in a top-tier, high-pressure environment (consulting, high-growth startup, professional services firm, or entrepreneurial venture) • Ambitious and curious, eager to learn everything about client service in SaaS • Obsessed with new tooling and AI; spend free time experimenting with emerging technologies • Obsessively detail-oriented; 95% accuracy is not acceptable; committed to getting things right every time • Natural relationship builder with confidence speaking to anyone from CFOs to junior analysts • Highly organized; master of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously • Outstanding communicator (verbal, written, and presentation); clear and concise even with complex topics • Entrepreneurial mindset; want to be part of building something meaningful • Must be legally able to work in Australia
