Flume Health is a cloud-native healthcare data integration platform that connects fragmented healthcare ecosystems for payers, third-party administrators, and prescription benefits managers. The company is hiring a Forward Deployed Program Manager to own program and integration delivery for large enterprise accounts, with a primary focus on flagship clients managing 80+ contracted connections. This is an execution-oriented role at the intersection of client needs, data integration complexity, and AI-powered delivery. You will build, manage, and continuously tune a team of AI agents that solve end-to-end problems—from diagnosing connection failures to generating client-ready deliverables to automating workflows that previously took days. You own agent performance: refining prompts, improving outputs, and expanding capabilities. Key responsibilities include: serving as the primary problem-solver when integrations fail or complex data questions arise; managing AI agent workflows across integration diagnostics, client reporting, intake processing, and data analysis; owning delivery cadence and Jira intake workflows for flagship and secondary accounts; serving as the operational point of contact for senior client IT and business operations stakeholders; generating weekly delivery reports to client leadership; and providing cross-account troubleshooting and integration scoping support. You will attend leadership calls, surface blockers early, ensure delivery commitments are met, and be the person clients call when something is hard and needs to get figured out. This role has a clear progression path into Flume's Forward Deployment and Strategic Deployment practice, where you will own engagements that drive platform transformation and measurable business outcomes. Required qualifications: 5+ years in consulting, implementation, or healthcare operations with experience solving hard problems under pressure; AI-native expertise (building agents, tuning them, measuring output quality, and expanding scope); client-facing confidence to lead senior stakeholder calls; structured thinking to break down complex problems; and a low-ego, high-throughput mindset. Healthcare exposure (payers, providers, claims data, health plan operations) is preferred but not required.
