Flume Health is a cloud-native healthcare data integration platform that connects fragmented healthcare systems for payers, TPAs, and health solutions. The company is hiring a Forward Deployed Program Manager to own program and integration delivery for their largest accounts, with a unique focus on building and managing AI agents that solve complex client problems end-to-end. In this role, you will be the operational point of contact for flagship accounts (80+ contracted connections) and a portfolio of secondary accounts. You'll structure complex integration problems, mobilize resources (both human and AI), and drive outcomes. Key responsibilities include managing AI agent performance—refining prompts, evaluating outputs, expanding capabilities, and tuning workflows to handle integration diagnostics, client deliverables, reporting automation, intake processing, and data analysis. You'll own the delivery cadence, manage Jira intake workflows, serve as the primary escalation contact for client IT and business operations stakeholders, and generate weekly delivery reporting to senior leadership. This is an execution-oriented role with a clear progression path into Flume's Forward Deployment and Strategic Deployment practice. You'll be the person clients call when something is hard and needs to get figured out—diagnosing why connections fail, generating client-ready deliverables, and automating workflows that previously took days. Required qualifications: 5+ years in consulting, implementation, or healthcare operations with experience solving hard problems under pressure. You must be AI-native—building agents, tuning them, measuring output quality, and expanding scope over time. You need client-facing confidence to sit in technology leadership calls with senior stakeholders and field difficult questions. You're a structured thinker who walks into ambiguity and creates clarity, with a low-ego, high-throughput mindset willing to do operational work that moves clients forward. Healthcare exposure (payers, providers, claims data, health plan operations) is preferred but not required. Nice-to-haves include experience building and measuring AI agent workflows, background in strategy or management consulting, familiarity with TPA operations or healthcare EDI, and comfort with Jira, Snowflake, or healthcare data integration platforms.
