As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will collaborate directly with healthcare clients to understand their needs and actively participate in designing and implementing customized solutions. You'll provide technical support during deployment and integration phases, work with clients to understand their technology needs and compliance requirements, and support the development and engineering teams in crafting tailored healthcare solutions. You'll help identify and address technical challenges, create and update technical documentation for client onboarding and system maintenance, and stay informed about healthcare technology trends to propose relevant solutions. This role is based in India and requires working hours aligned with US time zones to support US-based clients and teams.
The team works directly alongside clinicians without layers of process, moves fast with daily deployments, and takes full ownership from early thinking to production. You'll be at the heart of healthcare technology, contributing to projects that enhance patient access, affordability, and care quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of professional experience in software engineering or similar role
- Foundational knowledge of full-stack engineering principles and system design
- Experience with programming languages: Python, Javascript, React, SQL
- Experience building 0-1 products
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate and engage confidently with clients
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for fast-paced, client-focused healthcare environment
