Lindus Health is building the next generation of biopharma by in-licensing clinical-stage therapeutic assets and developing them through an integrated, technology-first clinical trial infrastructure. The company has delivered 82% of sponsor trials on or ahead of timeline across 40+ completed trials in the US and Europe, and is now launching its own pipeline of 5-7 Phase-2-ready assets with first trials launching in H1 2027. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be an embedded member of the trial team, delivering technical solutions that studies need. You will build studies across the Citrus ecosystem, set up and manage integrations and data pipelines, and help produce the databases, data, and artifacts trials depend on—all accurate and compliant. Key responsibilities include: - Build assigned studies across the Citrus ecosystem from approved designs, covering data collection forms, participant schedules, logic and edit-check rules, and user access - Set up and manage integrations and data pipelines - Run quality checks, build validation, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm builds match specifications - Make approved changes to live studies, keeping them accurate and compliant as trials evolve - Participate in the Citrus trial technical support team, owning tickets for data corrections and data warehouse work - Build automated and agentic workflows that produce high-quality, compliant data - Contribute to the core Citrus codebase where needed, under software engineering oversight - Provide technical review and input into Data Architects' designs - Conduct all activities in line with relevant regulations and Lindus SOPs, maintaining audit-ready documentation This is a technical role where you write code, build automation and tooling to keep quality high, and participate in the fire team. Trial delivery is the priority; technical work serves it. You will work in a regulated environment and must be comfortable building systems and producing documentation that holds up under audit or inspection. REQUIREMENTS: - 3-6 years of experience in software, data, or systems work, through a degree in a technical field or hands-on work; experience in clinical trials or life sciences is a plus - Capable engineer; proficient in coding and AI tools - Experience with Django admin and/or relational databases is valued - Precise and thorough, with attention to detail to spot gaps and ambiguities before they become problems - Driven to understand and solve problems; comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams - Able to prioritize effectively and keep track of several things at once - Interested in working in a regulated environment - Thrive in a startup environment with high agency and bias for action - Passionate about changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new health treatments are developed
