Allica Bank, the UK's fastest-growing fintech firm, is seeking a Financial Crime and Customer Experience Operations Analyst to support its first line of defence function serving UK-based SME customers. This role bridges financial crime compliance, customer due diligence (CDD), customer experience, and complaints handling—offering broad operational exposure across multiple disciplines.
Key responsibilities include conducting detailed investigations into customer complaints, disputes, and experience issues; analyzing system-generated financial crime and adverse media alerts; reviewing customer information for risk triggers and ensuring record accuracy; processing customer change-of-detail alerts; supporting fraud recovery requests with other institutions; and maintaining high documentation and risk awareness standards.
The analyst will work closely with UK teams across CDD, Fraud, AML, Customer Experience, and Complaints functions, following a shift pattern aligned to UK working hours (typically 12 noon–8 pm IST or 1 pm–9 pm IST from the Delhi office).
Ideal candidates bring strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, proficiency with data and case management systems, and clear written/verbal communication abilities. Previous experience in UK financial services—particularly in CDD/KYC, complaints, fraud, AML, or customer service—is preferred. Knowledge of UK regulations (DISP, POCA, MLR, JMLSG, PSD) is beneficial. Nice-to-have qualifications include CIFAS or fraud prevention tool experience, ACAMS or ICA certification, process improvement tools (Power Automate, Google Looker), and familiarity with AI-enabled tools for workflow optimization.
