Reporting to the Financial Reporting Director, you will support the finance team in consolidating results, preparing financial statements and budgets, analyzing variances, and conducting project analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate monthly financial results across all entities
- Ensure accuracy of accounting transactions in foreign entities
- Participate in budget variance analysis and interpretation
- Prepare financial reports for management stakeholders
- Analyze accounting treatment of various contracts
- Contribute to departmental budget preparation
- Support preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
You will work in a hybrid environment (3 days/week in Montreal or Toronto offices) with a team focused on impact, community, growth, and excellence. The role offers exposure to multi-entity consolidation, FP&A processes, and financial reporting in a growing healthtech organization.
Requirements:
- CPA designation (obtained, or exam passed with hours in progress) — required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar financial analyst role or accounting firm
- Bachelor's degree in business management with accounting profile
- Strong Excel and accounting software proficiency
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication in French and English
- Comfort with AI-powered tools and interest in process automation (preferred)
