Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The company is rolling out Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central worldwide to replace legacy systems and external accounting providers across all entities. As Finance Project Manager, you will lead multiple country-level ERP rollouts simultaneously within the Financial Systems & Process Innovation team. You will own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination across finance teams, tax advisors, and implementation partners. Key responsibilities include: **Drive Rollouts**: Plan and execute multiple Business Central country implementations in parallel. Own rollout plans, milestones, cut-over strategies, and risk/issue logs. Report status to Finance leadership. Execute and continuously improve the existing rollout playbook to accelerate delivery. Assess newly acquired entities and integrate them into the rollout pipeline. **Finance & Localization**: Conduct fit-gap analysis of local requirements (A/P, G/L, A/R, fixed assets, intercompany, VAT/tax) against the global blueprint, minimizing local customizations. Collaborate with local finance teams, tax advisors, and partners on statutory compliance, e-invoicing, VAT reporting, local chart of accounts, and statutory books. Validate integrations between Business Central and Fever's proprietary platform for each new entity. **Hands-On Execution**: Prepare and validate data migration (opening balances, payables/receivables, vendor/customer master data, fixed assets). Reconcile migrated data against legacy systems and external accountants. Plan and facilitate user acceptance testing, tracking issues to resolution. Train key users and finance teams; develop process guides and work instructions. Support the first month-end close post-go-live and transition to business-as-usual support. **Coordination**: Serve as the single point of contact for each rollout across Finance, Tax, implementation partners, and outsourced accounting providers. Identify and escalate risks early, drive decisions quickly, and maintain alignment in a dynamic environment. This is a permanent role with clear pathways to other finance projects and leadership positions as Fever scales. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field - 5+ years in finance, finance systems, ERP implementation, or finance consulting - At least one full-cycle ERP implementation or rollout with finance scope (ideally as project manager or workstream lead); two or more is a plus - Strong knowledge of finance processes and finance ERP systems, especially Accounts Payable and General Ledger; working knowledge of Accounts Receivable, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and VAT - Experience in multi-country finance operations with understanding of how local tax and statutory rules shape ERP configuration - Proven project management skills: planning, milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, managing multiple concurrent workstreams - Hands-on mindset: comfortable with data validation, testing, and user training; advanced Excel proficiency - Comfortable with technology and AI: proactively use tools, automation, and AI to improve rollouts, data migration, and testing; strong understanding of data, tools, and processes (engineering background not required) - Clear communicator who effectively coordinates internal teams, local finance teams, and external partners at all levels - Calm under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by fast-paced scale-up environment - English C1 or above (mandatory) - Based in Madrid
