Salary: USD 123,000 - 166,000 / annual
Netlify is seeking a Finance Manager to own the corporate finance function and drive the monthly reporting cadence, forecasting, and planning processes. This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy and opportunity to improve how the finance function operates as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the monthly reporting cadence, including updating operating models, variance analysis, and management reporting packages with actionable insights for leadership
- Own the 3-statement operating model and driver-based forecast, including structural improvements as the business scales
- Lead the annual planning process, including templates, scenario models, and translating strategic priorities into planning assumptions
- Build and maintain company-level KPI and metrics layer (ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC payback, Rule of 40) and explain monthly movements
- Develop scenario and sensitivity models for capital and headcount decisions
- Own department-level budget tracking and serve as the finance point of contact for department leaders
- Automate manual work across close and forecast cycles using AI and tooling to reduce cycle time
- Partner with GTM leadership on sales planning and KPI tracking

Requirements:
- 5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, including several years at a SaaS or usage-based business. Investment banking, consulting, or private equity background preferred
- Proven history of building 3-statement models from scratch with scenario and sensitivity analysis, and making structural model changes
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, comfortable with large datasets
- Deep command of SaaS metrics and their drivers
- Understanding of financial data flows and experience reconciling systems
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and defining approaches to open-ended problems
- Experience as the finance point of contact for non-finance leaders; ability to communicate financial concepts clearly
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows for finance work, including validating AI output
- Deep curiosity about business, product, customers, competitors, and industry trends
