Believe, a global artist development company operating in 50+ countries with 2,000+ employees, is seeking a Finance Integration Project Manager to lead post-merger integration initiatives. Reporting to the Head of PMIF Department, you will serve as the operational guarantor for integrating new subsidiaries into the Group, orchestrating projects from inception through completion. Key Responsibilities: Steering & Governance: Scope integration projects, define governance structures, and lead Local Project Committees and Group Steering Committees. Build and monitor the global integration master plan, managing risks and anticipating schedule/cost slippages. Formalize corrective action plans and provide regular progress dashboards to central management. Validate key deployment milestones with veto power on scheduling decisions. Change Management & Support: Assess the impact of organizational changes on local finance teams. Drive communication strategies and user training plans to ensure alignment, engagement, and mobilization of local stakeholders throughout the integration process. Team Coordination: Work closely with Core Model Experts to seamlessly embed technical and regulatory workstreams into the overall project schedule, ensuring integrated delivery across all dimensions. You will be the key point of contact for both local and central management throughout the project lifecycle, balancing competing priorities and maintaining stakeholder alignment across complex, multi-functional initiatives. Requirements: • 8–10 years of professional experience, including a mandatory 5+ years within a Big 4 audit firm, complemented by significant experience in finance transformation or finance integration project management (ideally within a consulting firm or international corporate finance department). • Chartered Accountant or ACCA qualification required. • Solid foundation in financial audit combined with proven mastery of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile). • Strong influential leadership, diplomacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high resilience in shifting environments.
