Filevine is seeking a detail-oriented Filevine Administrator to help customers optimize their use of the company's legal case management and workflow platform. This role bridges the gap between Filevine's technology and client law firms' operational needs, ensuring streamlined workflows and driving platform adoption across teams.
You will serve as both a technical problem-solver and strategic advisor, responsible for:
• Assisting customers in configuring and optimizing the Filevine platform to align with their operational goals
• Managing platform administration tasks, including user management, system configuration, and data integrity
• Leading workflow automation initiatives and process optimization projects with client teams
• Conducting training sessions and creating documentation to drive user adoption
• Managing platform updates and ensuring smooth transitions to new features
• Identifying opportunities to enhance client success through better platform utilization
• Serving as a key point of contact for customer technical and operational questions
The ideal candidate brings a background in technical system administration combined with proven experience in SaaS platforms, workflow automation, and customer-facing technical roles. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally with legal operations teams, IT departments, and end-users to understand requirements and implement solutions.
