Salary: USD 126,100 - 170,000 / annual

Rubrik, a fast-growing enterprise software company, is seeking a Field Sales Operations Manager to join its world-class Sales Operations team in Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX. This role is central to the success of the Americas sales organization, partnering directly with Field Sales Leaders and executives to drive GTM strategies, metric tracking, and infrastructure development. You will work across the full sales operations lifecycle, including forecasting, pipeline management, account management, and sales performance reporting. Key responsibilities include owning weekly reporting cadence to track business segment health, driving accountability for key revenue KPIs, and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews to segment leaders. You'll lead strategic projects focused on growth and optimization, including building GTM plans, designing equitable sales territories, and establishing quotas and PG targets. You will partner with cross-functional teams—Order Management, Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Management, and Product Operations—to drive efficient execution and resolve escalations. Additional duties include supporting quoting and account management requests, maintaining Salesforce and related systems (CPQ, Clari), managing ad-hoc analytics projects on large datasets, and supporting month-end and quarter-end closing procedures. Required qualifications include 5+ years in Sales Operations or a similar role, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You must have advanced communication skills to interface directly with Sales VPs, proven experience with Americas Tier-1 strategic accounts and GTM planning, and strong revenue reporting and financial analytical capabilities. Preferred technical skills include Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Renewals modules, Clari Forecasting, and advanced Excel/G-Sheets proficiency. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong people skills, ability to drive consensus across teams, and a customer-first mentality are essential.
