Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Field Operations Trainer to develop and deliver expert-level training on advanced imaging systems to military and allied customers. You will work within the Imaging team, which develops state-of-the-art imaging systems leveraging computer vision, electro-optical, infrared, and sensor fusion technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop deep product expertise on Anduril's imaging systems and deliver training to internal teams and Department of War (DoW) and international customers
- Create and maintain training curricula across multiple formats: computer-based simulations, knowledge portals, and hands-on training for individuals and groups
- Collaborate with conventional and special operations forces (SOF) customers to identify knowledge gaps, design training solutions, and own the counter-UAS (cUAS) problem space
- Produce and update training materials for Anduril and partner product capabilities
- Serve as a bridge between imaging product teams and customers, acting as the internal voice of the customer and ensuring product updates are reflected in training
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of training experience, ideally planning and delivering training events
- Ownership mentality with strong self-direction in independent work environments
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across multiple communication channels and tools
- Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance
