Anduril Industries is seeking a Field Operations Trainer to develop and deliver training on advanced imaging systems for U.S. military and allied customers. You will build expert-level knowledge of Anduril's imaging products and serve as the primary training resource for the Imaging team, supporting Department of War and international customers. Key responsibilities include: developing comprehensive training curricula across multiple formats (computer-based simulations, knowledge portals, hands-on instruction); collaborating with Conventional and Special Operations Forces customers to identify training gaps and build tailored solutions; creating and maintaining training materials for Anduril and partner product capabilities; and acting as the internal voice of the customer, bridging product teams with end-user needs. You will work closely with the Imaging team, which develops state-of-the-art imaging systems leveraging computer vision, electro-optical, infrared, and sensor fusion technologies. The role requires ownership mentality, ability to work independently in isolated environments, and strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Required: 5+ years of training experience (planning and/or delivery), ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance, demonstrated initiative, and comfort communicating complex information across multiple channels. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field, prior military background as an instructor or in curriculum development. Anduril transforms military capabilities through cutting-edge autonomy, AI, and advanced sensor technology, delivering solutions in months rather than years.
