Salary: USD 135,000 - 150,000 / annual
Tines is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead event marketing and account-based marketing efforts across the West region. Founded in 2018 with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston, Tines powers intelligent workflow automation for companies including Canva, Databricks, Elastic, and McKesson.
In this role, you will orchestrate a portfolio of regional events, including hospitality experiences, partner events, and industry-specific gatherings. You'll manage all aspects of event planning and execution—from registration and logistics to day-of support and post-event analysis. You'll also provide support for larger tradeshows and tentpole events, coordinate with vendors and channel partners, and oversee regional event budgets to ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing a diverse portfolio of regional events aligned with Tines' brand values and marketing objectives
- Managing event logistics, vendor relationships, and partner coordination
- Collaborating with GTM and marketing teams to align event messaging with company goals
- Developing channel partner programs that drive event metrics
- Tracking event attendance, managing list uploads, and reporting on KPIs
- Managing SWAG inventory and distribution
- Traveling up to 25% of the time to support events
This is a remote position based in PST with a strong preference for California metro areas. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values simplicity, speed, and soundness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with specific focus on field marketing and events
- Proven experience managing both small-scale and large-scale events
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage high-pressure situations
- Passion for curating memorable event experiences
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)
