Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership: Directly manage the Field Logistics Coordinator, setting performance expectations and providing coaching. Partner with Field Engineering, Field Maintenance, Customer Support, and Service Delivery leadership to translate repair demand and failure trends into inventory decisions. Represent field logistics in new customer onboarding and fleet planning. Required qualifications: 5+ years in inventory management, logistics, or field service supply operations with demonstrated ownership of inventory strategy across multiple stocking locations.
