Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 / annual

Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing cybersecurity company that has built NodeZero, an autonomous penetration testing platform used by organizations ranging from educational institutions to Global 100 enterprises. The platform helps ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and managed service providers proactively identify and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals can exploit them. You will serve as Field Enablement Manager for the SDR and Commercial Sales organizations, reporting to the Field Enablement and Onboarding Leader. This is an execution-focused role responsible for turning field enablement strategy into repeatable, scalable programs that help SDRs and Commercial Account Executives build pipeline, run effective discovery, communicate value, and progress opportunities. Key responsibilities include: **Program Execution & Delivery**: Own delivery plans for SDR and Commercial workstreams, including onboarding programs (cohort operations, learner communications, completion tracking, content refreshes). Lead defined workstreams such as SDR-to-AE Career Pathway programming, manager onboarding, and role-based training. Serve as program manager for high-impact cross-functional initiatives. **Field Coaching**: Own recurring call-review and coaching operations, including SDR Tuesday Call Review. Curate call examples, facilitate coaching sessions, identify performance patterns, and report actionable insights to sales leaders. Support Gong scorecard rollout and partner with frontline managers to reinforce discovery, messaging, objection handling, prospecting, and qualification behaviors. **Content & Asset Maintenance**: Draft field inputs, coordinate reviews, QA, and maintain enablement assets including playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, and manager guides. Lead scoped initiatives such as battlecard audits and tech-enablement discovery for tools like LISN, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Nooks. Own contained content updates and tool-module coordination. **Request Intake & Measurement**: Validate incoming requests, maintain the backlog, and prepare routing recommendations. Create clear briefs covering business problems, audience, desired behaviors, priorities, and definitions of done. Route instructional-design work to appropriate colleagues and manage projects through launch. Maintain feedback collection, post-launch reviews, adoption reporting, and monthly status updates. You will work closely with the Field Enablement and Onboarding Leader, who owns portfolio strategy and leadership alignment. This role requires building strong field relationships without relying on formal authority, coordinating across Enablement, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders while protecting field relevance and adoption. Travel up to 20% may be required. **Requirements**: - 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience, ideally including SDR/BDR and Commercial AE experience, with firsthand understanding of prospecting, discovery, qualification, pipeline creation, and ramp realities - 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, sales operations, or related field, including managing multiple timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders - Strong field-facing facilitation and coaching skills, with ability to turn approved strategy into polished seller experience - Experience partnering with SDR and Commercial sales managers to reinforce consistent seller behaviors - Ability to coordinate work clearly across Enablement, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders while protecting field relevance and adoption - Comfort operating without formal authority, building trust, managing handoffs, and escalating risks or decisions appropriately - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear briefs, status updates, and coaching feedback **Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience running call-review or coaching programs using Gong or comparable conversation-intelligence platform - Experience operating onboarding programs, including cohort administration, completion tracking, and content-refresh cycles - Familiarity with sales tooling such as Salesforce, Gong, Nooks, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Familiarity with cybersecurity or SaaS sales motions
