As Field Enablement Manager for Customer Success, you will build the operational foundation that enables Customer Success Managers to execute with excellence. This is a foundational role reporting to CS leadership, responsible for turning strategy into repeatable, scalable programs.
Key responsibilities include:
**Build & Scale CS Programs**: Design and deliver certification-based programs spanning onboarding, everboarding, product mastery, AI/LLM fluency, customer engagement workflows, and core CS motions (adoption, value delivery, renewal, expansion). Build processes that standardize how CS contributes to product releases, customer delivery, and GTM strategy.
**Cross-Functional Partnership**: Work with CS leadership to diagnose gaps and build repeatable systems. Serve as connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal Engineering, Support, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment across all programs.
**Operationalize CS Function**: Create frameworks, documentation, and workflows that scale how CSMs manage accounts, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver customer insights into product development. Build mechanisms ensuring CSMs are prepared for new capabilities, AI advancements, and evolving customer needs.
**Drive High-Impact Moments**: Lead program strategy and execution for product launches, CS summits, release cycles, and strategic customer initiatives. Ensure the CS team demonstrates clarity, consistency, and excellence during key company milestones.
Required: 5+ years in post-sales or customer-facing roles (CS, Account Management, Customer Operations, Solutions Consulting). Experience in Enablement, Revenue Programs, or GTM Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS. Strong systems-thinking, ability to transform ambiguity into structured programs. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence. Proven track record designing programs that drive measurable outcomes.
Bonus: Experience with AI-powered customer workflows, technical SaaS products, certification-based CS/technical training, or scaling programs across multiple geographies.
