Mixpanel is seeking a Field Enablement Manager for the APAC region to own the enablement experience for sales and customer success teams. This is a hands-on coaching and training role, not a program coordinator position. You'll deliver new hire onboarding curriculum in person, run quarterly Mixpanel Academy sessions, facilitate weekly best-practice sessions around sales tools, analyze sales calls using Gong AI to provide targeted coaching, and help regionalize global enablement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: delivering in-person onboarding and certification of core skills; organizing and facilitating quarterly regional academy sessions; running weekly peer-sharing programs focused on tool adoption and productivity; using conversation intelligence tools to score and analyze sales calls, then converting that analysis into behavior-changing coaching; and supporting the global enablement team by bringing regional insights back to the broader organization.
Success in this role means new hires in your region ramp faster than company average, regional sales leaders proactively seek your input, your training sessions have strong attendance, reps can articulate specific changes they've made to their selling approach based on your coaching, and you track and understand key metrics like Gong scores, adoption rates, and certification completion.
You'll need 3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales, GTM enablement, or revenue coaching roles, with B2B sales experience being more important than pure enablement background. Strong facilitation and presentation skills are essential for engaging skeptical sellers. Experience with Gong and modern AI tools is strongly preferred. You should understand coaching frameworks, be comfortable influencing without direct authority, and have a growth mindset for navigating the evolving AI-driven sales landscape.
