Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, is an AI-enabled platform that helps public safety organizations, state and local governments, federal agencies, and private-sector institutions address societal challenges with unprecedented speed and accuracy. The platform transforms siloed and disconnected data into operational intelligence, surfacing mission-critical information to empower faster, better decisions. Peregrine currently supports hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, serving more than 125 million people. The Federal Operations Manager role sits at the intersection of executive support, federal operations, and customer engagement, with exposure to Peregrine's most important relationships and initiatives. This position requires a highly organized, resourceful operator who can work closely with Peregrine leadership and the Federal team to coordinate complex schedules, travel, meetings, customer visits, and events. The role involves handling sensitive or confidential information, requiring strong judgment, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail. Key responsibilities include: building and improving processes for scheduling, travel, events, and federal engagements as the company scales; managing complex calendars for senior leaders including meetings with federal customers, government officials, executives, and external stakeholders; coordinating travel logistics and event planning; jumping into special projects and operational needs across the Federal organization as they arise; and supporting executive-level initiatives with federal government partners. The ideal candidate has experience operating in fast-paced government environments—potentially having supported a Member of Congress or congressional committee, worked within a federal department or agency, or developed similar experience working closely with government stakeholders. Success in this role requires the ability to keep complicated schedules moving, coordinate across many different stakeholders, anticipate what needs to happen next, and remain composed when plans change.
