Neko Health is redefining preventive medicine by making data-driven, preventative care accessible before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalized, actionable insights.
You will deliver Neko's preventive-care model to members in Washington, DC, using advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early. This is a deeply collaborative role at the intersection of clinical excellence, member experience, and a conviction that catching things early changes lives. You'll work closely with Operators, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and cross-functional partners to deliver a connected, insight-driven member experience.
In your first 6–12 months, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive preventive health screenings using Neko's high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support with consistent quality across every member visit.
- Create personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data, translating findings into next steps members actually take—measured by member follow-through and downstream outcomes.
- Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies that resonate—measured by member satisfaction with the consultation.
- Provide clinical oversight and escalation support to APPs, raising the bar for clinical quality and team performance across the clinic.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operators, APPs, and care teams to improve continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.
- Serve as supervising or collaborating physician to APP colleagues, raising the bar for clinical quality across the clinic.
Neko is looking for someone with a genuine, personal commitment to preventive medicine—not just as a specialism, but as a way of practicing. You take the member experience personally, not just procedurally, and measure a consultation's success by how the member felt. You are a team-lifting collaborator who makes the people around you better by showing up consistently, sharing what you know, and caring how the team performs as a whole.
