ICEYE, a leader in satellite-based intelligence and synthetic aperture radar (SAR) technology, is seeking a Facility & Lab Manager to oversee operational readiness, safety, and performance of its MAITE production and laboratory environments in Warsaw, Poland.
You will lead the Facility Management team and own cleanroom operations, ESD compliance, infrastructure maintenance, lab support, and overall facility safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the Facility Management team to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of all technical facilities and laboratories
- Overseeing environmental controls (temperature, humidity, particulate monitoring) in production and test areas
- Coordinating cleanroom readiness and compliance with defined standards
- Managing preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and infrastructure servicing
- Planning and implementing facility improvement projects in collaboration with AIT Engineering, Production, and Operational Excellence teams
- Ensuring compliance with ESD, safety, and facility certification requirements (ISO 14644, ECSS standards)
- Collaborating with Stock Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain to support material flow and operational efficiency
- Monitoring facility performance indicators and driving continuous improvement
- Managing external service providers and contractors
- Coordinating training and certification programs for facility safety, cleanroom entry, and ESD awareness
- Serving as primary point of contact for facility incidents and emergencies
You will work in a fast-paced, global scale-up environment supporting the manufacturing of advanced satellite systems for defense, intelligence, environmental monitoring, and emergency management applications.
