As an Experiential Real Estate Scout on the Fever Originals team, you will be the critical link between production teams and venue partners, responsible for sourcing, assessing, and securing unique spaces for high-impact live events and experiences. Key responsibilities include: • Conduct due diligence on potential venues and buildings, assessing feasibility from both experiential and financial perspectives through site visits and documentation review • Source and secure venues that align with producer concepts and design intent, ensuring spaces enhance audience experience through authenticity and visual impact • Build and maintain a comprehensive venue database organized by criteria you develop with production teams, tracking performance and synthesizing venue information • Manage high-volume venue sourcing requests across regions within tight timelines, prioritizing strategically • Negotiate lease agreements, initial fees, and terms with venue owners; communicate clearly with Project Managers on financial and contractual details • Liaise between internal teams (Originals, Operations, Production) and external stakeholders, providing holistic venue options and insights • Identify venue challenges and opportunities, advising production teams on budget implications and operational feasibility • Coordinate logistics including fire/safety permits, ADA compliance, and other governmental requirements • Ensure design decisions align with budget and schedule constraints The ideal candidate has proven experience assessing buildings and spaces, building vendor relationships, managing multiple stakeholders, and leading teams. You are detail-oriented, creative, flexible, and excel at meeting deadlines while managing budgets. Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills are essential. You are a self-starter with excellent interpersonal abilities.
